This outreach program is to create awareness among the community on how genes, diet, and environment interact and apply them in preventing the escalating obesity epidemics and its co-morbidities in Malaysia.
Activities such as health screening, education booths/exhibitions, nutrition games and contests are organised in order to educate the community to eat based on what they eat to avoid future complex diseases.
