The Family Wellness Club will organise a “Bazaar by Seniors” in conjunction with Senior Citizens’ Day on Sept 6 (Sunday) from 9am to 1pm at the YMCA Hall, Ipoh.
The bazaar will feature stalls operated by seniors aged 60 and above, offering a variety of items including packed food, kuih-muih, cupcakes, fresh produce, indoor plants, costume jewellery and preloved goods.
The initiative aims to provide seniors with an opportunity to earn additional income and explore small business opportunities, while encouraging the community to support and celebrate older residents.
Visitors can also look forward to lucky draws and a colouring contest for children, making the event a family-friendly outing.
