The Election Commission (EC) of Malaysia has announced that the 15th general election would take place on 19th November 2022.
EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Ghani Salleh stated that early polling will be held on 15th November 2022, while nomination day will be on 5th November 2022, enabling two weeks for formal election campaigning.
State elections will be held at the same time in Perak, Perlis, and Pahang.
