A heartbreaking incident has occurred in Kampar, where a dog was found tied with its legs and tail seemingly severed. The animal was left in agony, crying out for help.
Local animal welfare organization, Noah’s Ark Ipoh, was alerted to the situation and immediately reached out to the community for assistance. Puan Fazila, president of Noah’s Ark, together with Encik Faris, a Nai member, and Puan Nora, the vice president, spearheaded the rescue of the injured dog.
With the help of concerned citizens, the dog was located and brought to a veterinary clinic in Ipoh. The animal was in severe pain and required immediate medical attention.
The dog, now named KinoRoa, is still fighting for its life and has not yet passed the critical phase. The extent of the injuries is truly horrific, and the road to recovery will be a long and challenging one.
