The Ipoh City Council, in collaboration with the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) and the Sehati Welfare Organization Ipoh Perak Malaysia, organized a Food Basket Donation Program for 75 MBI members from the B40 category this morning.
The donation ceremony was officiated by Y.Bhg. Dato’ Rumaizi bin Baharin@Md Daud, the Mayor of Ipoh, and was also attended by Y.Bhg. Clr. Dato’ Ahmad Hariri bin Kamarudin, MBI Council Member and Chairman of the MBI Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Heritage Subcommittee, along with other council members, Tuan Ahmad Munir bin Ishak, the City Secretary, senior directors, department heads of MBI, and members from MCPF and the Pertubuhan Kebajikan Sehati Ipoh.
It is hoped that this contribution will bring joy and help ease their preparations for this year’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
