A total of 102 participants from 34 teams took part in the Innorace Ecopark@MBI competition held earlier this morning. The competition, organized in conjunction with the Celebration of the State of Perak Public Service Innovation Day at the Ipoh City Council (MBI) 2023 level, involved the participation of MBI members from various units, divisions, and departments.
The program, managed by the Quality Management and Publication Division of the Corporate Planning Department in collaboration with the MBI Assessment and Property Department, was officiated by the Honorable Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin@Md Daud, the Mayor of Ipoh, at the Ipoh City Square.
The competition required participants to complete various challenging tasks that tested their intellect, involving five ‘checkpoints’ at tourist attraction locations around the city of Ipoh. The champions stand a chance to win a cash prize of RM600.00, a certificate, and a trophy, while the first runner-up receives RM500.00, a certificate, and a trophy. The third-place winner will be awarded RM400.00, a certificate, and a trophy, and there will be consolation prizes worth RM100.00 for 10 successful teams.
In addition to the main prizes, participants who successfully complete an additional task, the best ‘Vlog,’ will also receive a cash prize of RM150.00. The prize presentation ceremony for the winners will take place on December 1, 2023, during the Executive Talk & Celebration of the State of Perak Public Service Innovation Day at the MBI 2023 level at the Ipoh Convention Centre (ICC).
