The EXCO for Housing and Local Government, Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI), and the State Assemblyperson for Jelapang have announced a new opportunity for pet owners under the Perak Pawsitive Initiative: Subsidised Dog and Cat Neutering Campaign 2025.
This campaign aims to promote responsible pet ownership and address the rising number of stray animals through subsidised neutering services.
Why Neutering Matters:
Helps control the stray animal population responsibly
Prevents uncontrolled breeding
Improves the overall health of pets
Subsidies are limited to:
50 dogs
20 cats
Priority will be given to pets registered within the Jelapang constituency.
