The city of Ipoh has been selected as the host for the 3rd City Windows Series: “Transforming Smart Green City Solutions Through Blended Finance.”
The three-day event, which began on 21 April 2025, saw participation from 10 countries including Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Singapore.
A total of 150 participants took part in the programme.
Earlier, the programme was officially launched by YB Puan Sandrea Ng Shy Ching, Chairman of the Perak State Housing and Local Government Committee, on behalf of YAB Dato’ Saarani bin Mohamad, Chief Minister of Perak.
Also present at the event were Tuan Zamakhzhari bin Hanipah, Mayor of Ipoh, Ms. Chencho Gyao Dorje, Regional Project Origination Representative of the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), and Mr. Meor Shahril Anuar bin Ahmad Rathuan, State Vice President of Business, Telekom Malaysia.
