Today is the last day to sign up for the fishing competition that will be held at Gunung Lang Recreational Park on 17 June 2023 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Ipoh. The participation fee of the competition costs RM60 per person and a total of RM15,000 in cash and prizes could be won! Hurry and sign up now, as registration will close today or immediately when the number of participants hits 200.
The competition is organized by the Ipoh City Council, which has been recently holding many other events to celebrate the 35th anniversary of this city teeming with life. This chance to fish at Gunung Lang given by the council provides participants the rare occasion to enjoy the beautiful view in the recreational park and take a breather from their usual busy lives.
Sign-up forms can be obtained at the Parks and Landscapes department office of Gunung Lang Off Jalan Kuala Kangsar from 8AM to 5PM. Hurry there, as today is your last chance at signing up for this event!
