Come and experience Perak Trade Expo at Stadium Indera Mulia. This event was officiated by YB Loh Sze Yee, EXCO for tourism, industries, investment and corridor development, Perak. Mr. K.T. Pillai, a man of many talents served as the master of ceremonies for this event.
Looking to invest in a property? Are you thinking about purchasing a piece of real estate as an investment? Numerous property booths, each advertising a different variety of real estate, lined the aisles of the trade show. Booths B63 and B64 by PWP Properties piqued our interest since they offered a Virtual Reality tour of their model home. Ms. Stephanie Chang, who is known as IPOH’s very own Property Guru, was the one who came forward to welcome us. She revealed some insider information about the Ipoh real estate market and suggested some lucrative investments. Before we parted ways, Ms. Stephanie gave us some great advice – โWith the price correction and various incentives offered, now is a good time for home seekers to buy properties for owner-occupation as it is a buyerโs marketโ.
In addition to real estate, there were a large number of booths representing a variety of other businesses, including food and beverage, tourism, medical and landscaping.
We discovered a great offer at the booth of Pagoda Foods Malaysia, where we could purchase our favourite flavoured kacang for only RM 10.00 for five packets!!!
The food expo featured many different types of cuisine, such as Egg Waffles, Stinky Tofu, and Korea Mozzarella Cheese Sausage Sticks. There was also a vegetarian food selection at the expo, which showcased a variety of frozen ready-to-eat meals.
The Perak Trade Expo is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity; don’t let it pass!
