PRIMA Malaysia launched its “PR1MA GIGA Homes” carnival in Meru, Ipoh recently.
PR1MA which is under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government aims to encourage more Malaysians to own their own homes.
The campaign was launched by the chief secretary to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Datuk Wira M Noor Azman Taib.
Also present was Datuk Azrulnizam Abdul Aziz, chairman of PRIMA and Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Md Shariff chief executive officer PRIMA Group.
The campaign will last for four months, from September 28 till January 2025 which will offer affordable homes in the 61 projects across the country offering 2,785 units which are available.
Throughout the campaign, home buyers can enjoy various promotional benefits like low interest rates, exemption of legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement, special rebates among others.
On top of these benefits, PR1MA will offer free internet services for two years and smart home facilities worth RM6,500. The first 200 buyers also stand to receive special prizes from PRIMA too.
According to Noor Azman, the role of PR1MA is to ensure Malaysian citizens own their own affordable homes which are of excellent quality.
“The GIGA PR1MA Homes campaign is set to meet the aspirations and dreams of homeowners “, he said.
Meanwhile the GIGA PR1MA Homes carnival was launched in Perak because the state has huge potential for home buyers. PR1MA has numerous projects in the state.
Throughout the campaign, various activities have been organised for the community. Among them are programmes on weekends for the whole family like “Pasar Rakyat”, hot air balloons and food outlets.
Visitors will also be entertained by local artists in the likes of Ella, Muss, Eleena Harris, The Kasanovas, Escape Plan, and Wunny.
They will also stand to win prizes like MacBook Air, iPad, Samsung Galaxy watch7, smart TV, Nintendo Switch among others.
Meanwhile, those who book their homes stand to win prizes like Perodua Myvi, electric motorcycles (EV), smart phones like the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE android.
Similar campaigns will also be held in locations like Kampar, Senawang, Seremban, Kajang and Malacca.
