Dr. Tan Chin Yong, at the helm of Kaizen, has an illustrious and laudable history in the real estate industry. Dr. Tan received his doctorate in engineering from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and his bachelor’s degree in computer science with honours from the University of Edinburgh UK.
Dr. Tan was Kinta Properties Group CEO from 2000 to 2008. He and his father-in-law, the late Dato’ K K Lim, constructed Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, Meru Valley Resort, Halaman Meru Impian, Sri Iskandar Technology Park, and Tambun Business Park, making Kinta Properties Group one of Ipoh’s most prominent real estate firms. Dr. Tan’s market-leading concepts, designs and management strategies won Meru Valley Resort the 2008 “CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards” “Best Golf Development Malaysia” award Kaizen has an exclusive sales and marketing collaboration with PWP (N) Properties Sdn Bhd for all its developments. Previously the sales and marketing manager for the Kinta Properties Group, Ms. Stephanie Heng now leads the team at PWP (N) Properties Sdn Bhd.
