Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate strategic business unit (SBU) manager to join our team at SwiftKil Pest Control & Co. Sdn. Bhd. As an SBU manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and improving the efficiency of our organization. Your expertise will contribute to the exponential growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and review business project activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.

• Build effective relationships with clients to sustain revenue.
• Responsible for training and mentoring staff; creating a harmonious environment for working and motivation for all as the mean of general growth of the company.
• Analyze and explore market trends, identifying fresh opportunities and setting the business unit’s strategies for promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of sales processes & training along with the latest marketing trends.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of financial structures.
• Problem-solving skills to create optimized strategies that account for and mitigate risk.
