Eco-parks under the Perak Forestry Department have been temporarily closed due to unpredictable weather.
The department director, Datuk Mohamed Zin Yusop, said 13 parks have been closed as a precaution against the risk of a water surge, which could occur with a downpour.
All recreational activities such as jungle trekking, four-wheel drive expeditions and extreme cycling in permanent forest reserves have been temporarily halted due to uncertain weather conditions. The department would assess the weather before reopening the parks to make sure that the weather is stable enough

- Kledang Saiong
- Kuala Who
- Lata Iskandar
- Lata Kekabu
- Ulu Licin
- Pasir Panjang
- Ulu Kenas
- Sungai Salu
- Ulu Kinta
- Matang mangrove forest
