YBhg. Tuan Zamakhshari bin Hanipah, Mayor of Ipoh, received a courtesy visit today from the President of the Royal Ipoh Club, Mr JP Harikrishnan, at the Ipoh City Council (MBI) office.
Also present was MBI Councillor Clr. Mr Sivam a/l Kalimuthu. The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the Royal Ipoh Club and MBI, while exploring potential strategic collaborations in community and social development.
Mr JP Harikrishnan shared the club’s aspirations and upcoming community programmes, reaffirming the club’s commitment to contribute to Ipoh’s progress through closer cooperation with local authorities.
The Mayor welcomed the initiative and expressed appreciation for the club’s active role in strengthening social networks and promoting volunteerism.
The friendly meeting laid the groundwork for stronger partnerships for the benefit of the Ipoh community.
