Prime Motion Physiotherapy Centre, commenced operation in July, is poised to transform the way you perceive and experience physiotherapy. This establishment goes beyond merely offering treatment; it creates an atmosphere where recovery is not only facilitated but also enjoyed.

Upon stepping into Prime Motion, the first thing you’ll notice is its wheelchair-friendly layout and impeccable accessibility. The environment is carefully designed to ensure comfort, accessibility and air conditioning that guarantees a serene space for healing and recovery.

At Prime Motion, Dr. Suresh Sammanthamurthy is not just a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon with an impressive 18-year career, but also the owner of Suresh Orthopedic Clinic. His unwavering commitment to excellence is the driving force behind Prime Motion. Dr. Suresh personally oversees each patient’s treatment, ensuring top-tier care, and extends his expertise to referrals from other medical professionals.

One of the standout features of Prime Motion is the revolutionary Ceiling Hoist System, a pioneering addition to the world of physiotherapy. This innovative system, a first in Ipoh, is a game-changer for patients recovering from strokes and spinal cord injuries. Suspended from the ceiling, it has the capability to securely support patients weighing up to 200kg, facilitating their path towards early mobility. Initiating walking exercises at the earliest stages of rehabilitation is a fundamental aspect of Prime Motion’s approach, particularly beneficial for stroke survivors.

Prime Motion also uses Laser Therapy instead of shock therapy to provide cutting-edge care. High-Power LASER technology helps with pain, tissue healing, edema, and function. It accelerates tissue healing, relieves pain, and reduces inflammation, thereby decreasing the need for pain medications. This therapy is particularly effective for conditions involving nerve edema or lumbar disc issues, offering swift relief and minimizing the need for medication. It also relaxes muscles, releases oxygen, and reduces edema, making it useful for post-surgery or injury swelling.

The physiotherapists at Prime Motion are a source of great pride for the company says Dr.Suresh. ‘The eleven years of experience that our most senior therapist brings to the table are invaluable, but we equally value the innovative ideas and boundless energy that our two newest team members contribute. Our cutting-edge technology and steadfast dedication to a patient-centered approach enable them to work in tandem to provide complete care. This range of expertise ensures that each patient is treated as an individual, with respect for their unique set of circumstances.

A typical session lasts approximately one hour, although the duration can vary based on individual assessments and requirements. Prior to each session, our highly skilled physiotherapists conduct comprehensive evaluations and craft personalized treatment plans for every patient. Subsequent to their sessions, patients receive a set of “homework” exercises designed for home practice, with the convenience of guidance and support available through WhatsApp and phone assistance. Additionally, we maintain a commitment to our clients by conducting follow-up text messages a week after their session to ensure their well-being, sending heartfelt birthday greetings on their special day, and encouraging them to share honest reviews as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services.

It is with great excitement that we announce the official launch of Prime Motion Physiotherapy Centre on September 30, 2023, at 10:30 in the morning. We are excited to share more about our services after this milestone’.
