The Department of Social Welfare (JKM) has received an allocation under the 2025 Budget Policy to provide Learning Fee Subsidies for Children with Autism, benefiting 30,000 children.

This subsidy aims to ease the financial burden of parents who are planning to enrol or have already enrolled their children with autism in Autism Learning Centres.

Certified Autism Learning Centres refer to institutions registered with government agencies, private bodies, or statutory bodies that offer therapy services or Early Intervention Programmes (EIP), conducted by qualified and trained personnel for children with autism.
