My Ipoh was thrilled to be part of Imperial’s inaugural Charity Fair, and the enthusiastic response from the public indicates that it was a great success.
This event had a wide variety of activities, and it drew a large number of vendors, including:
Noah’s Ark Animal Rescue & Sri Sathya Sai Global Association Pet Adoption Drive
Blood Donation Drive by Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB)
Imperial’s Bundle Clothes Stall
Day 8 Food Trading & Fruit Stall
MyTopia
Reyna Ipoh Cakes
Narasindo Travels and Tours
4Life Supplements
Resan Marketing
Genejoyway
Fresh Vegetables & Flowers from Camerons
Wernz Handmade Collection
Trevo
Hong Leong Bank
For the preloved clothing department, we were taken a back to find brand-new items donated by some parents, complete with price tags still attached. There were numerous books available, and each one could be purchased for only RM 5.00! The handmade jewellery stall had an impressive assortment of handcrafted earrings at a price of just RM10.00 each.
What’s more, Imperial International will be contributing 100% of their proceeds from the event to the Canning Garden branch of the Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak Kurang Upaya. Excellent work by Imperial International to put the needs of others first and to mould the thoughts of our children to care about others who are less fortunate.
Disappointed you missed it? Fret not Imperial will be conducting such an event on a regular basis, so keep an eye on Imperial’s Facebook page for more information.
