Two cars were involved in an early morning collision on Jalan Yang Kalsom. At the traffic signal intersection on Jalan Yang Kalsom, in front of Pasaraya Sekeluarga , a Proton Wira driver was hurt after his car collided with a Proton X50.
At 0110 hours, the Ipoh Fire and Rescue Station Fire Team, lead by PBK Mathavan, responded to the MERS 999 emergency call.
A male victim was discovered with his right leg caught in the driver’s door when emergency crews arrived. The person was rescued by the fire department and handed over to the KKM ambulance.
The accident’s cause is still being investigated by the relevant authorities.
