In Conjunction with the 37th Ipoh City Day Celebration, Cutecarry, in collaboration with the Ipoh City Council (MBI) and the MBI Senior Officers Association (PADUAN), organised the Cutecarry Workshop 2.0.

The program, held at the Ipoh Convention Centre (ICC), was attended by approximately 150 participants comprising MBI staff, as well as representatives from various government and private agencies including the Kampar District Council, Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital, State Secretary Incorporated (SSI), MB Inc, Amanjaya Holding, LTC Alam Bersih Sdn. Bhd, and Juta Niaga Legasi.

This second edition of the workshop focused on the topics of Professionalism in the Workplace and Generational Gaps.

The aim was to provide a deeper understanding of the differences in values, attitudes, and work styles among different generations within an organisation, while also emphasising the importance of maintaining high standards in one’s work — ideal for individuals seeking to strengthen professionalism in their careers.

The Closing Ceremony of the Cutecarry Workshop 2.0 was officiated by Mr. Abdul Halim bin Saad, Senior Director of Administration and Operations at MBI, representing the Mayor of Ipoh.
Also present was Ms. Normala binti Latif, Director of Management Services at MBI.
